Brunch plans? The Mill Steakhouse + Spirits has a new menu

Got Sunday plans? Head on over to the The Mill Steakhouse + Spirits in Milton, which just debuted its new brunch menu.

Click here to see the menu directly, but below I’ve embedded a copy.

Good news: The steak and eggs are still on the menu. Kick them up with a side of prawns, wild mushrooms, blue cheese and more. The Sunday brunch steak menu lists eight cuts of beef ranging from the $27 bistro steak to a $75 Wagyu ribeye and an A5 Miyazaki Wagyu for $150.

Sad news: The excellent brunch burger is off the menu, as are the biscuits and gravy. For now, at least.

They still have killer bloody Mary cocktails, excellent breakfast potatoes and some fun new things.

The brunch menu launches Sunday (Oct. 24, 2021).

The Mill Steakhouse & Spirits is a gem of a find in Milton. Tucked into the Safeway shopping center, it has one of the better steak selections in the area with a come-as-you-are atmosphere and a killer bar menu. Did I mention the dirty fries? Get those.

Owner Kate Lowry grew up in Milton and now lives in Edgewood. She opened The Mill five years ago with her brother Dustin Lowry and Chef Alex Anton, son of longtime Puyallup restaurant owner, Jim Anton. Anton is a local chef who has cooked at some of Tacoma’s best kitchens. Pay a visit soon.
